Qualifikationen

Jobbeschreibung

The position is responsible for all finance related matters, Human Resources (HR), and other administrative functions including customer care (order management), facilities, inventory management, logistics, legal, and travel. The position will be accountable for overseeing the close processes, managing the interpretation and implementation of accounting standards, the timely preparation of financial statements for both internal and corporate users, and directing the organization's planning and forecasting activities.

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

• Oversee annual budget preparation, including revenue plans and operating expenses, and provide quarterly forecast updates.
• Ensure monthly financial statements are in compliance with appropriate accounting standards and submitted to corporate in a timely manner.
• Submit weekly revenue updates, bookings information, and other corporate reports as required.
• Maintain ERP systems to produce high-quality and timely reports for internal and corporate users supporting business growth.
• Implement and ensure compliance with internal controls and cash management policies.
• Liaise with local accounting, tax, and customs advisors; prepare all financial and tax filings as required.
• Manage staff involved in order entry, warehouse, and accounting functions.
• Conduct HR activities including recruitment, salary planning, payroll, employee benefits, and generate HR documentation for corporate use.
• Collaborate with the corporate Treasury group to manage cash, receivables, FX, etc.
• Provide financial analyses for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
• Perform various ad hoc analyses as needed.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience managing integrated ERP systems.
• Knowledge of local accounting and statutory reporting requirements; US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects in a small office environment.
• Experience in process improvement and implementing efficient strategies.
• Proven leadership skills, capable of inspiring results, influencing, training, and mentoring staff.
• 7-10 years of relevant financial and managerial experience, preferably in medical devices.
