We are looking for a motivated (Junior) Financial Controller (f/m/x) to join our fast growing team in Berlin.

About the role

As (Junior) Financial Controller (f/m/x), you will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction, profitability, innovation, process excellence, and employee performance. You will work on various global and cross-functional projects, ensuring smooth daily operations by providing clear analytical solutions to key issues. Additionally, you will develop innovative approaches to shape our processes.

Your responsibilities

• Support the team in reviewing operational and financial performance at both the Country & Functional levels


• Contribute to more effective, efficient, and accurate financial processes (actual reporting, forecasting, budgeting), providing timely and insightful analysis to support business performance


• Improve the P&L Forecasting and Planning process


• Prepare analyses and presentations to transparently communicate business and financial performance to management and interpret results


• Create accurate Business Plans and Budgets, including scenario calculations


• Monitor KPIs, analyze deviations, and support management with ad-hoc scenario analyses


• Support and coordinate controlling, planning, and reporting projects to enhance reporting and controlling functions

Your profile

• You are self-motivated, curious, eager to learn, and possess strong analytical skills. You adapt well to change, are flexible, and skilled at multitasking.


• You are highly organized with a keen eye for detail.


• You have 1-2 years of experience in finance or controlling, with a good understanding of accounting and the three financial statements (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).


• You are committed to driving business performance collaboratively with teams.


• You have excellent Microsoft Excel skills and are motivated to develop them further.


• You speak fluent English.


• You enjoy working independently and as part of a team.
