Your responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain financial models, including a comprehensive group-wide model. Prepare company valuations using various methods suited to different scenarios.
2. Analyze key financial figures and performance, and prepare decision papers for the Management Board as part of strategic planning.
3. Support M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side), analyzing their impact on financials.
4. Coordinate and implement IFRS asset and goodwill impairment tests and perform HFA10 valuation of investments.
5. Prepare special analyses and ad-hoc requests.

Your profile

1. University degree in business, finance, or accounting, with specialization in valuation or related fields.
2. Minimum of three years' experience in finance, advisory (e.g., Big Four), or M&A.
3. Strong knowledge of valuation methods, M&A processes, and financial modeling.
4. High self-organization, commitment, motivation, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
7. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
