Aufgaben

• Process and review expense data from Fyle, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and seamless integration into Sage Intacct.

• Ensure accounting is maintained across multiple dimensions (e.g., tax basis, accrual basis, fair value reporting) and understand how these views interact.
• Establish, document, and refine accounting processes, controls, and reporting frameworks to support scale and audit readiness.
• Support accounting system optimization and future transitions or enhancements beyond Sage Intacct as the organization grows.
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based executives and finance leaders, communicating clearly on status, risks, and recommendations.
• Assist with audits, internal reviews, and special financial projects as needed.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Controller / Associate Controller to own and oversee day-to-day accounting operations for a growing organization with multiple entities and complex reporting requirements. This role is both hands-on and strategic, responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records while gradually elevating processes, controls, and reporting quality.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level accounting professional who is comfortable operating with minimal oversight, running the books end-to-end in Sage Intacct, and collaborating closely with U.S.-based leadership. Strong English communication, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset are critical, as this role will serve as a key partner to management in financial decision-making.
