Qualifikationen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzkommunikation, idealerweise in einem börsennotierten Unternehmen.
• Journalistische Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberichterstattung vorteilhaft.
• Gute Kenntnisse in digitaler Medienproduktion.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien für Jahresberichte.
• Unterstützung bei interner und externer Kommunikation, insbesondere für Geschäftsberichte.
• Koordinierung der Online-Jahresberichtprojekte mit Finanzen und externen Partnern.

Summary

We are looking for a “Financial Communications Manager (f/m/d)” for the “Public Relations” department at the Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

The Public Relations Department at HENSOLDT is responsible for external stakeholder communications via media (interviews, media roundtables, Q&A partner) and manages press releases, magazine articles, and campaign-related communications.
It also oversees the HENSOLDT Inside employee magazine and Intranet News content.

Your Tasks

1. Development and creation of communication materials for quarterly and annual reports (press releases, internal communication, social media, quote cards for Management Board, videos)
2. Supporting internal and external communication of business successes and investments
3. Collaborating on projects for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day (concept, storyline, content, scripts, speeches, presentations)
4. Managing the online annual report project, coordinating with finance and external partners
5. Supporting communication for finance transformation projects (ERP transformation OneSAPNow, HENSOLDT GO!, Finance Vision)
6. Creating and implementing communication plans for the CFO (social media, event appearances, panels, podcasts, speeches)

Your Profile

1. Degree in communication, business administration, or related field
2. Several years of experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in a listed company environment
3. Journalistic experience in business reporting is advantageous
4. Affinity for digital media (video, photo)
5. Proficiency in German and English
