Zusammenfassung

RIB Group in Stuttgart sucht einen erfahrenen Finance Analyst im Bereich Business Finance, der FP&A, Forecasting, Reporting und Performance Management global gestaltet. Sie arbeiten eng mit Geschäftsführern und Stakeholdern über Regionen hinweg und treiben Finance-Transformationen voran.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in Controlling/FP&A in einem internationalen Umfeld, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließendes Englisch (C1) mit.

Qualifikationen

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, Corporate Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Finance-Funktion in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Konsolidierung, Tochtergesellschaften und Prozessdesign.
• Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen und proaktiver Einsatz von Technologien zur Prozessverbesserung.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Präsentationen vor unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen.
• Teamplayer mit bereichs-übergreifender Zusammenarbeit, Regions- und Unternehmensebene.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse schriftlich und mündlich (C1).

Aufgaben

• Analyse von Umsatz, Kosten und Profit auf globaler Ebene sowie in den grössten Umsatzregionen.
• Bewertung von Software- und SaaS-Umsatzströmen; Identifikation von Profitabilitäts- und Effizienzpotenzialen.
• Unterstützung von FP&A-Aktivitäten, insbesondere Forecast-Annahmen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften zur Challenge von Annahmen, Forecast-Qualität und Entscheidungsfindung.
• Analyse von Abweichungen zwischen Ist- und Forecast-Kosten; klare Kommunikation der Ergebnisse.
• Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen auf Prozessebene, Kosten- und Profitabilitätsebene.
• Unterstützung bei Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Finanzprozessen, Reporting-Strukturen und Governance.
• Unterstützung von Finance-Transformationsinitiativen, ERP-Einführungen, Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung.
• Mithilfe bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten; Unterstützung interner/externen Audits und Compliance.

Are you an experienced Financial Analyst who enjoys turning data into decisions and wants to influence how a global software company grows and performs? Join our international Business Finance team and help shape financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across a global software and SaaS business.

In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and finance stakeholders across multiple regions. This position offers the opportunity to expand your expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnering, and international finance while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders, global reporting, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsabilities:

• Analyze revenue, cost, and profit developments at a global level and across the company\'s largest revenue-generating regions.
• Analyze and evaluate software and SaaS revenue streams and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, particularly regarding forecast assumptions.
• Partner with business leaders and functional teams to challenge assumptions, improve forecast quality, and support commercial decision making.
• Analyze variances between actual and forecasted costs and communicate findings in a clear and transparent manner.
• Identify opportunities for optimization at the process, cost, and profitability levels.
• Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting structures, and governance frameworks.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, process optimization, and digitalization projects.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits as well as compliance-related matters.
• Perform financial evaluations and business case analyses for projects and investment initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc analyses and recommendations to support management decisions and business priorities.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, Corporate Finance, or a similar finance function within an international company.
• Solid knowledge of financial consolidation, subsidiary controlling, and process design.
• Strong affinity for digital solutions and a proactive mindset toward leveraging technology to improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and effectively to different audiences; confident in preparing and delivering presentations.
• Strong team player with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)

• Exposure to the Software and SaaS Industry.
• Experience with ERP transformation or finance systems projects.
• German language skills.
