With a team of 75+ FTEs across Europe (Berlin HQ), China, and India, the company is rapidly scaling toward profitability, driving triple-digit million GMV, and setting new industry standards in autonomous, AI-powered supply chain orchestration.
What you will do
Partner with founders and stakeholders to align on strategy (focus on the financial aspect)
Analyze KPIs across teams to identify gaps and unlock opportunities
Build models, forecasts, and dashboards (SQL, Tableau, Sheets, Metabase, etc.)
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial performance
Respond quickly to strategic analysis requests with clear insights
Translate data into narratives that influence top-level decisions
Who you are
5+ years in FP&A or strategic finance in high-growth environments
Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modeling
Expert in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase)
Confident working directly with founders and cross-functional leads
Strategic thinker with a bias for action and business impact
Strong communicator with a collaborative, ownership mindset
Bonus: experience with supply chain data or marketplaces
