As part of our finance team at our Gilching location, you will play a central role in the financial management and support of assigned areas and actively assist in the further development of our controlling processes.

• Participation in the financial evaluation of investments, acquisitions, and optimization measures
• Carrying out annual budget planning for the assigned departments
• Preparing monthly reports and ensuring timely reporting and derivation of measures
• Carrying out target/actual comparisons, deviation analyses, and ad hoc evaluations
• Collaborating on projects to optimize controlling processes and introduce digital solutions.

What you bring with you

• Degree in economics or business administration with a focus on finance & controlling or commercial training with relevant further qualifications
• Initial professional experience in controlling, accounting, or financial accounting desirable
• Very good knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA), MS Office; Power BI an advantage
• Very good written and spoken German and business English
• Analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and ability to work in a team
