Job summary

Autohaus Royal GmbH in Berlin is seeking a Senior Controller to create transparency for our corporate management through meaningful analyses, reports, and forecasts, and to actively develop our controlling structures.

You will prepare monthly and management reports with KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, perform variance and profitability analyses, and build KPI dashboards with Power BI. Join a team that values data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company.
• Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems.
• Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven corporate management.
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships.
• Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured way and present them clearly to different stakeholders.
• Very good written and spoken German skills.
• Strong initiative and enjoyment of questioning existing processes and actively developing them further.

Responsibilities
