As a Senior Controller, you create transparency for our corporate management through meaningful analyses, reporting and forecasts, and actively develop our controlling structures. In doing so, you combine analytical strength with initiative and genuine scope to shape things.

• Preparation and further development of meaningful monthly and management reports, as well as relevant KPIs for corporate management
• Responsibility for budget and forecasting processes, including ongoing plan-versus-actual analyses
• Conducting variance and cost-effectiveness analyses and deriving concrete recommendations for action
• Preparing business analyses and evaluations to support management and specialist departments
• Building and further developing KPI systems and dashboards, particularly with Power BI
• Preparing and analyzing large volumes of data to identify trends, potential and areas for action
• Further developing and automating existing controlling and reporting processes
• Active participation in cross-functional projects and in the further development of our controlling structures

Требования

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, finance, controlling, mathematics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in a medium-sized company
• Extensive experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Very good Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems
• Experience with Power BI and a strong understanding of data-driven corporate management
• Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of business relationships
• Ability to analyze complex issues in a structured way and present them clearly to different stakeholders
• Very good spoken and written German
• Strong initiative and enjoyment of questioning existing processes and actively developing them further
