In this role as (Senior) Financial Analyst / Controller (m/f/d), you will be an active Finance Business Partner to the management team and EMEA stakeholders, ensuring that they receive your insights and that best practices are implemented and enforced for expense reporting and capital expenditures. You report to the Manager of FP&A EMEA and are the touchpoint to regional and local management and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses
• Participate in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process
• Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries
• Implementation and working with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports
• Improve business performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
• Quarterly financial closing and reporting
• Prepare meaningful presentations to Senior Management Team
• Active involvement in projects
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• Min. 3 or more years of work experience in accounting or corporate finance, budgeting and planning, or controlling
• Experience managing stakeholders across departments and divisions
• Minimum 3 yrs or more experience partnering with cross functional teams
• Advanced communication skills in English
  
  

Prefered Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle / IBM TM1 / Qlik
• Experience working in an international environment
