Base pay range

Financial Analyst – Remote (Germany) - up to EUR 95.000€

Our client, a leading construction firm, is looking for a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across projects.

• 2-4 years of financial analysis experience, including 1-2 years in construction or related industries
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems (DATEV, Maconomy, Unit4, Tagetik, or similar)
• Advanced Excel and financial reporting expertise
• Strong communication and analytical skills

What will you be doing?

This role involves budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, assessing project costs and profitability, and preparing financial reports. You’ll collaborate with project managers, support month-end and quarter-end close processes, and work with ERP financial systems to drive data-driven insights.
