Jobtailor seeks an experienced Workday Student Financial Aid Analyst to join the Workday Support Services team. You will understand, configure, and test Workday Student modules, document existing processes, and help design new business flows across campuses.

This role requires collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to travel within UA campuses to support implementations and training, with hands-on project activities and knowledge transfer to the project team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Three+ years of experience in higher education financial aid or related field
• Ability to travel to UA campuses for training and support
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Solid analytical and organizational skills with teamwork abilities

• Function as the Workday Student Financial Aid Analyst on the Workday Student team with Workday Support Services
• Report to the Financial Aid Functional Lead
• Become knowledgeable about Workday functionality and navigation
• Document existing processes
• Contribute to the design and configuration of new business processes
• Test new and existing processes
• Develop training and communication materials
• Complete hands‑on functional and technical project activities
• Provide guidance to System resources
• Demonstrate and explain key product features
• Document requirements and design
• Provide knowledge transfer to the project team
• Configure corresponding Workday functionality
• Assist in testing and supporting implementation of new or updated Workday functionality

Requirements

• The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• At least three years of experience working in higher education financial aid or related field
• Must be able to work collaboratively
• Must be able to travel throughout the State to various UA campuses to support new acquisitions or ongoing training
• Knowledge of the process being transformed and how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives
• Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and task management skills
• Solid analytical skills
• Effective management and team skills
• Ability to make project‑team‑level decisions and escal­ate unresolved decisions appropriately
• Ability to structure work efficiently
• Ability to provide direction and use interpersonal influence to align goals with results‑oriented outcomes
• Criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Reports check, and Sex Offender Registry check
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
