Role Purpose

Attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and to provide after-sales service to clients to ensure client retention, increase market share, and contribute to the overall business objectives and its long-term viability.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a financial advice rendering role (essential)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the financial services industry (desirable)
  • Degree in Financial Planning, Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate of proficiency in Insurance or equivalent qualification

Duties & Responsibilities
INTERNAL PROCESS
  • Engage with prospective clients to highlight features and benefits of products based on their financial wellness needs.
  • Sell products aligned with client needs after conducting affordability analysis.
  • Calculate and advise on tax and legal implications of products or changes.
  • Accurately capture client information, actions, and sales on the systems.
  • Complete administrative and reporting requirements within deadlines.
  • Achieve targets on production, quality, and conversion, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Provide financial advice to enhance clients’ financial wellness.
CLIENT
  • Investigate client queries within the agreed service levels and ensure timely feedback.
  • Escalate queries to relevant departments.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Report on service delivery against agreements and targets.
