Full-time - 40 hours in Duisburg, NRW, Germany

We are looking for a talented Financial Administrator! It is important that you are proactive and empathetic and want to help us analyse our financial data and make decisions based on it. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy interpreting complex data, then you've come to the right place!

Your Tasks That Await You With Us

1. Intensive cooperation with various departments and coordination in English
2. Creation of customer master data sheets and commercial and financial project codes
3. Invoicing to customers
4. Checking supplier invoices and cost allocation of the respective project code
5. Analysis of project profitability and cost accounting
6. Administrative support for the sales, operations and finance departments

1. Strong analytical skills
2. High level of empathy and strong communication skills
3. Independent and proactive way of working
4. Very good knowledge of German and English
5. Professional handling of Microsoft Excel, experience with Power-Bi desirable
6. Completed vocational training in a commercial apprenticeship
7. Ideally, you already have experience in accounting, but this is not essential
