Qualifikationen

Financial Accountant (m/w/d) - Densborn

CC Pharma, a subsidiary of Tilray Brands founded in 1999, is one of the leading pharmaceutical importers in Germany. We specialize in the re- and parallel import of European medicines, providing cost-effective branded medications with the same quality to the healthcare market. To support our team, we are looking for a full-time Financial Accountant to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Processing and auditing incoming invoices
2. Creating and reviewing intercompany invoices
3. Assisting in asset accounting
4. Reviewing provisions and coordinating with the Finance Manager
5. Preparing monthly report packages for the parent company and working with forecast/consolidation software (Dynac) for monthly results overview
6. Participating in monthly and annual financial statements
7. Handling general administrative accounting tasks
8. Supporting SOX audits
9. Communicating and coordinating with the finance team in the USA/Canada
10. Assisting with tax and annual financial statements
11. Cost center controlling
12. Supporting the finance team during audits

Your Profile:

1. Completed commercial training, bachelor's degree, or equivalent
2. Professional experience in accounting, tax consulting, or similar fields
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is advantageous
4. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
5. Independent and precise working style
6. High willingness to cooperate and team spirit
7. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary, intercultural, and virtual teams
8. Strong affinity for numbers
9. Excellent analytical skills with a structured and systematic approach
10. Reliability and service orientation
11. Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
12. Good English skills
