Your Qualifications

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification as a Certified Balance Sheet Accountant (IHK) or hold a degree with a focus on accounting or finance. You possess sound knowledge of financial accounting and HGB accounting standards, and you have experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Knowledge of German tax law is an advantage. You are proficient in using common accounting software as well as MS Office, particularly Excel. Your working style is analytical, structured, and independent. In addition, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and precision. Team spirit and strong communication skills complete your profile.

Your Tasks

• Perform and oversee ongoing financial accounting activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Support the preparation of tax returns and act as a point of contact for external auditors
• Prepare documentation for tax audits in cooperation with the tax advisor
• Resolve inquiries related to accounting and supporting documents
• Provide advice on fundamental accounting matters
• Contribute to finance-related projects and take on special assignments
