What we are looking for:

To support our mission, we're seeking a highly motivated Financial Accountant to join our team in Tbilisi. The Finance Team ensures smooth and compliant financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis.

• Manage daily financial accounting and oversee payment processes
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with local accounting standards
• Coordinate financial operations with local tax authorities and external consultants
• Provide insights for cost optimization and process improvements
• Act as the main point of contact for financial matters within the Georgian office

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, and exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Easy to work with and a team player
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial accounting
• Fluency in English mandatory; Georgian language skills a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Highly organized with strong administrative skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Georgian tax regulations and accounting standards
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software
