What we are looking for:

We seek a highly motivated Financial Accountant to join our team in Tbilisi. The Finance Team ensures smooth and compliant financial operations, supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial data and analysis.

• Manage daily financial accounting and oversee payment processes
• Prepare financial reports in compliance with local standards
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external consultants
• Provide insights for cost optimization and process improvements
• Serve as the main financial contact within the Georgian office

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong listening, logical reasoning, follow-through, and communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial accounting
• Fluency in English; Georgian language skills are a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Highly organized with strong administrative skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of Georgian tax laws and accounting standards
• Experience with NetSuite or similar software
• Understanding of international accounting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
