Pavilion Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing international insurance business to appoint a hands-on Financial Accountant responsible for German finance operations in Munich, with hybrid or remote options within Germany.

You'll work with a Group Finance team, own month-end close under HGB, manage insurance accounting, treasury and regulatory requirements, and drive scalable processes across the finance function as the business scales internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience within an MGA, insurer, broker, intermediary or similar insurance business.
• Strong knowledge of HGB and hands-on insurance accounting experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
• A proactive, independent approach with strong ownership.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in a start-up, scale-up or international insurance environment is a plus.

Salary - up to €100,000

We are partnering with a fast-growing, international insurance business looking for a hands-on Financial Accountant to take ownership of its German finance operations.

Working closely with an international Group Finance team, you’ll have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape and scale the finance function as the business grows.

What We’re Looking For
