Zusammenfassung

Camino Search partners with an international technology business recruiting a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and drive the month-end close across the DACH region.

You will own the reporting cycle, work across multiple entities, and ensure accurate, timely financial information. You will partner with local and offshore finance teams, support the annual audit, review balance sheet controls, and contribute to finance transformation projects to continuously improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified accountant with international finance experience.
• Experience in multi-entity environment.
• Fluent in German and English.

What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of the month-end accounting and reporting cycle
• Work across multiple entities, ensuring financial information is accurate, complete and delivered on time.
• Partner with local finance teams and offshore/centralised finance functions to resolve issues and improve the quality of reporting.
• Support the annual audit process and act as a key contact for external auditors.
• Review balance sheet accounts and ensure a high standard of financial control.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline existing processes and introduce more efficient ways of working.
• Get involved in wider finance transformation and systems projects as the business continues to evolve.

What we're looking for

• Qualified accountant
• Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Fluent German and English.
• Someone who is proactive and keen to develop within an international finance function.
