Role: Finance Program Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: Contract
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is required
Language Requirement: German (Fluent) is mandatory
Essential Functions:
- The Program & Portfolio Manager role involves support and analysis tasks related to customer financing. You will help ensure departmental objectives and project deadlines are met. Key functions include:
- Identifying and facilitating requests for sales and financing program partners, maintaining communication with outsource funding partners.
- Supporting outsourcing partners in meetings and coordinating with sales teams.
- Overseeing operational reporting from financing partners, highlighting issues and successes.
- Supporting existing financing transactions outside outsourced programs and assisting sales during the deal lifecycle.
- Supporting the transfer of finance customers from legacy to new outsourced models.
- Light travel may be required within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially regarding financing contracts.

- Understanding of legal terms in German and English related to financing contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and M365 Power Platform, with basic technical understanding of Client technology.
- Basic knowledge of AI and its application in task management.

- Work effectively with staff to VP-level employees, across functions, and with external parties.
