Job Description
Role: Finance Program Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: Contract
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is required
Language Requirement: Fluent German is mandatory
Essential Functions:
- The Program & Portfolio Manager will support and analyze customer financing tasks, ensuring departmental objectives and project deadlines are met.
- Identify and facilitate requests for sales and financing program partners, maintaining open communication with funding partners.
- Support outsourcing partners in meetings and coordinate with sales teams.
- Oversee operational reporting from financing partners, highlighting issues and successes.
- Support existing financing transactions outside outsourced programs and assist sales during the deal lifecycle.
- Assist in transferring finance customers from legacy to outsourced models.
- Light travel may be required within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially in legal and financing contract terms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Experience in project-based work and leading multinational finance projects.
- Knowledge of legal and financial practices in German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and M365 Power Platform, with basic technical understanding of Client technology.
- Basic knowledge of AI and its application to finance tasks.

- Work effectively with staff to VP-level employees and external parties.
