Role: Finance Program Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: Contract
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is required

Essential Functions:
- The Program & Portfolio Manager role has responsibility for a wide range of support and analysis tasks relating to customer financing. You will help to ensure that departmental objectives and project deadlines are met. The essential functions include:
- Identify and facilitate requests for sales and financing program partners. Maintain open and regular communication with outsource funding partners.
- Support outsourcing partners within internal meetings and coordinate with sales reps and managers (cross-functional).
- Oversee operational reporting from all financing partners, highlighting issues and successes as appropriate.
- Support existing portfolio of financing transactions outside of outsourced financing programs. Provide support and direction to Sales during the entire deal lifecycle.
- Assist in transferring existing finance customers from the legacy Client financing model to the new outsourced model.
- Light travel may be required for customer meetings within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially regarding financing contracts and legal terms.

- Knowledge of standard accounting and finance practices, along with departmental procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and M365 Power Platform (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Basic technical understanding of Client technology and familiarity with AI tools for task automation.
Responsibilities and Interactions:
- Manage unstructured tasks with wide implications, applying broad expertise to solve complex problems within time, budget, and resource constraints.
- Demonstrate leadership and strategic vision in decision-making.
- Work effectively with staff up to Vice President level, across functions, and with external partners.
- Operate with limited supervision, driving results and setting priorities independently.
- Act as a proactive subject matter expert, influencing multiple individuals and groups to achieve results.
