Role: Finance Program Manager
Location: Cork, Ireland
Duration: Contract
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT financing is required
Language Requirement: Must have fluent German skills
Essential Functions:
- The Program & Portfolio Manager is responsible for support and analysis tasks related to customer financing, ensuring departmental objectives and project deadlines are met. Key functions include:
- Identify and facilitate requests for sales and financing program partners, maintaining open communication with outsource funding partners.
- Support outsourcing partners in internal meetings and coordinate with sales teams.
- Oversee operational reporting from financing partners, highlighting issues and successes.
- Support existing financing transactions outside outsourced programs and assist Sales during the deal lifecycle.
- Assist in transferring finance customers from legacy to new outsourced models.
- Light travel may be required within Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland for customer meetings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, especially regarding financing contracts and legal terms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical skills and work independently or within cross-functional teams, building relationships across all organizational levels, including remote and hybrid settings.
- Operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
- Lead and manage multinational, cross-border finance projects.
- Follow standard accounting, finance practices, and departmental procedures.
- Possess understanding of legal aspects in German and English, especially related to financing contracts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and M365 Power Platform, with basic technical understanding of Client technology.
- Basic knowledge of AI and its application in task management.
