The Role

• Operational Excellence:Optimize processes related to finance and operations, driving efficiency and scalability across the organization.
• Accounting Management:Take ownership of accounting, including cash flow management, budget optimization, and ensuring timely payment collections.
• Revenue Growth:Develop financial strategies to boost revenue and streamline operational workflows.
• Execution and Collaboration:Identify and execute opportunities for financial and operational improvement, working closely with other teams to bring impactful initiatives to life.

Your Profile

• Strong academic performance (consistently ranked in the top 25% of your class)
• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or operations is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German is a plus.
• Strong skills in Excel and basic coding knowledge are a big plus.
