Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance our planning, controlling instruments, and reporting systems.
  • Organize order management and billing processes.
  • Create reports, analyze key figures, and evaluate plan-actual deviations.
  • Serve as a contact person for project controlling and support strategic projects from a financial perspective.
  • Maintain and manage data and capacity overviews for time and cost controlling.
  • Coordinate budget planning, prepare project-specific evaluations, and analyze deviations with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Commercial training or a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields with a focus on Controlling.
  • Experience with controlling and project management software is advantageous.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented thinking with a passion for numbers, statistics, and controlling tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets and ability to manage multiple information streams.
  • Good understanding of economic contexts.
  • Strong communication skills, independent working style, and structured approach to new challenges.
  • Willingness to work at least 2 days per week on-site, despite our remote-first approach.
