Position: Finance Manager at Our Kamen Plant (near Dortmund)

Join us to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with diverse, innovative teams globally. Your impact will include:

• Providing strategic and operational financial leadership to the Kamen Plant, supporting the Plant Director
• Supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement, inventory/production analysis, and long-term financial decisions
• Managing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant operations and planning
• Collaborating with business segments and Global Supply Chain to support investment analysis
• Analyzing plant spend and identifying productivity improvement opportunities
• Monitoring plant performance regularly to predict results and implement corrective actions
• Understanding impacts of sales volume, mix, and planning dynamics on financials to enhance productivity
• Considering external economic factors in decision-making
• Developing processes, analyses, and tools for standardized reporting
• Ensuring compliance with global financial standards and statutory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or Business Administration
• Extensive experience in finance within manufacturing environments
• Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification
• Experience in the MedTech industry
• Responsibility for income statements
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence and lead through others
• Results-oriented, with agility and speed in execution

Additional Information

Work location: Onsite in Kamen, NRW, Germany

Travel: Up to 10% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in Germany without sponsorship.
