much. Consulting is an ERP & automation consultancy driving fast growth across Germany, Portugal and the UK. You join as the first Finance Manager to elevate the finance function and kickstart M&A initiatives.

You will work with a small team and external tax advisors, building processes from scratch and deciding what to prioritise. This role offers significant freedom and impact.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and control cash plan, business plan and budgets.
• Be our treasurer, find savings in our cost base and see them through.
• Maintain transfer pricing and intercompany agreements with advisors.
• Support acquisitions: financial models, due diligence and integrating new companies into group reporting.

The role

You join as the first finance manager of the group and report directly to the CEO. Your job is to take our finance function to the next level and kickstart our M&A. You work with a small team and our external tax advisors (in all countries) and a lot of freedom in how you build things. Nothing is set in stone and much needs improvement. You'll build processes from scratch, fix what's broken yourself and decide what's worth doing at all.

What you will do

• Support on acquisitions: financial models, due diligence and integrating new companies into group reporting

What you bring

• 2 to 5 years in audit, transaction services or finance at a growing company

• Deep accounting and controlling knowledge, ideally across multiple countries

• You learn fast and enjoy taking on things you haven't done before

• You act like it's your own money

• You'd rather build the cash forecast yourself than write a concept for it

• You prefer working with data in systems over manual processes; SQL or ERP experience helps

• Fluent in English and German (both min. C1)
