Key Responsibilities

1. Lead strategic financial projects and provide expert analysis for business-critical decisions
2. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
3. Develop and implement best practices through collaboration with global finance teams
4. Create financial transparency and identify areas for business improvement
5. Conduct comprehensive analysis and review business cases to support strategic initiatives

A Day in the Life
You'll partner with leadership teams to analyse business performance, develop financial models, and identify opportunities for growth. Your day might include conducting deep-dive analyses, collaborating with operations teams on process improvements, or presenting insights to stakeholders.

About the Team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field
2. Experience in finance or analytical roles
3. Experience with financial performance indicators and analysis
4. Background in creating financial and operational reports
5. Knowledge of process improvement and automation techniques
6. Experience in continuous improvement projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. MBA or CPA certification
2. SQL/ETL proficiency
3. Experience in data quality management and problem-solving
4. Background in financial modeling and business impact analysis
5. Knowledge of data mining tools and financial systems
6. Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
