Job summary

KOCH Solutions Group in Germany, St. Ingbert-Rohrbach, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead daily financial management, month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting and data analysis for group entities.

You will handle accounts receivable/payable, cash management, tax matters and audits, coordinate with China and German teams, prepare data for regulatory filings and optimize processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field with 4+ years audit experience.
• Strong data processing, analysis and problem solving.
• Proactive communicator with cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial management, including closing and reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and cash management.
• Coordinate tax matters, audits and regulatory filings with auditors.
• Coordinate financial matters between China and Germany and ensure alignment.
• Prepare data for listed company announcements and regulatory filings.
• Optimize financial processes for accuracy, timeliness and compliance.

Your mission

• Responsible for the company’s daily financial management, including accounting, month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting and financial data analysis
• Responsible for specific financial areas and related matters, including accounts receivable/payable and cash management
• Responsible for tax matters, audits and related financial filings, as well as coordinating with internal and external auditors and relevant institutions
• Responsible for communication, coordination and information alignment on financial matters between China and Germany
• Prepare, verify and provide relevant financial data for listed company announcements, regulatory filings and related purposes
• Optimize financial processes to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of financial work

Your profile

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, with at least 4 years of audit experience
• Solid financial knowledge and strong skills in data processing, analysis and problem-solving.
• Responsible, patient and detail-oriented, with strong execution skills and the ability to independently drive specific tasks forward
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate proactively and provide timely feedback
• Strong sense of responsibility and cross-cultural communication skills
• Basic professional working communication skills in Chinese and English; German is an advantage
• Native German speakers who are currently learning Chinese are also welcome
