Employment Details

Responsibilities

1. Manage the timely issuance, amendment, and discharge of bank guarantees.
2. Drive continuous improvement, harmonization, and quality assurance of global guarantee processes; consult operational units in guarantee management.
3. Manage and negotiate contracts with banks.
4. Coordinate and align supplier finance programs with purchasing and central treasury departments.
5. Optimize intercompany funding structures, capital allocation, and support financial planning and intercompany financing.

Qualifications

• Master's or Diploma degree in Business Administration and/or Finance, focusing on accounting.
• Several years of experience in treasury or finance, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience managing bank guarantees and global guarantee processes.
• Solid understanding of internal financing structures and cash flow optimization.
• Proficiency in process improvement and harmonization within financial operations.
• International experience in treasury, finance, or risk management roles, ideally in complex organizational settings.

Language Skills

• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are beneficial.
