Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals
• Oversee all financial accounting processes:
  • Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger
  • Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
• Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
• Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
• Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing
• Manage internal and external audits
• Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Drive process optimization and implement new financial procedures
• Support cross-functional projects and act as a key contact for tax consultants and auditors

Qualifications

• 6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)
• 3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams
• University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field
• Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlines
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
