FINANCE MANAGER, CLUSTER CENTRAL (DACH AND BENELUX) (f/m/d)

YOUR ROLE

  • Finance leadership & strategy: You will take ownership of financial steering and support the execution of our business strategy in the Central Cluster (DACH & Benelux), with the goal of driving total shareholder value.
  • Business partnering: You act as a key finance partner to the Cluster Sales Director and work closely with S&OP, Category Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations.
  • Planning & reporting: You will lead financial planning, management reporting, business case evaluations, pricing and strategic support.
  • Ownership & collaboration: While you don’t lead a team directly, you collaborate with finance professionals, local teams, and shared services across the organization.
  • Leadership & impact: You lead by example, make timely decisions, guide others through influence, and take initiative in driving forward projects.
  • Location & travel: The position is based in Eschborn (Germany) and follows a hybrid model (2–3 days/week in the office). Occasional travel (approx. 5%) is expected.

What You Bring

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, ideally with a focus on Finance or Management Accounting.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with leadership exposure. Strong know-how in controlling, reporting, and business partnering.
  • Systems knowledge: Proficient in SAP, HFM, and BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Business experience: Experience in fast-paced, multi-channel environments (e.g. retail, e-commerce).
  • Languages: Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
