We are looking for two talented and creative Finance Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. If you are passionate about creating engaging content, have a flair for storytelling, and enjoy working remotely, we want to hear from you!

Tasks
  • Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping, including managing accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
  • Own monthly financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate record-keeping.
  • Manage company payments, payroll coordination, and invoicing processes.
  • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors.
  • Improve and maintain financial systems and controls as the company grows.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Proficient with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
