Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, and operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance (HoF), you will lead the department and play a crucial role in driving accounting operations and supporting strategic initiatives and departmental policies.

Requirements

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the preparation of accurate and timely internal financial statements and reports tailored to meet the specific requirements of company Management.
2. Take charge of the monthly closing process, conduct reconciliations, and perform in-depth analyses of associated accounts to ensure completeness, accuracy, and reliability.
3. Utilize analytical skills to interpret and prepare comprehensive summaries of operating results, providing valuable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
4. Work closely with the HOF to forecast cashflows accurately, conduct detailed budget versus actual financial performance comparisons, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
5. Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including payables, receivables, revenue, and lease activities, ensuring strict compliance with financial policies and procedures.
6. Take the lead in managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems, guaranteeing accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to regulatory standards.
7. Demonstrate proficiency by preparing consolidated financial statements for the audit, ensuring attention to detail and commitment to precision.
8. Collaborate seamlessly with internal/ external auditors to execute the Company's annual audit, preparing essential documentation, assembling financial reporting packages, and drafting comprehensive reports integral to the audit process.

Educational Qualifications And Skills

1. Qualified ACCA or Part pass CA + Reputed Articles
2. More than 3 years of proven experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
