Zusammenfassung

MAM Gruppe is seeking a finance operations professional to run end-to-end processes and modernise them using AI. You will own core finance processes, identify automation opportunities, and build ROI-driven AI solutions.

The role combines controller and transformation responsibilities with responsibilities for invoicing, monthly closes, and reporting to the board and investors. A hybrid work setup in Munich is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in finance advisory, controlling, or business finance.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building financial models and executive decks.
• Hands-on AI tool experience and genuine interest in automation.
• Comfort learning new finance software and managing data integrations.
• Track record managing external stakeholders – auditors, accountants, cross-functional teams.
