Execute today's finance operations with excellence while building tomorrow's AI-native finance function. You'll have the wide-ranging scope of a controller, combined with an innovation mandate of a transformation leader—all in one role.

What will you do

AI-Native Finance Transformation

• Map all finance processes for AI optimization
• Design and deploy AI agents for repetitive tasks
• Measure ROI and efficiency gains

Own Finance Operations & Analytics

• Manage customer invoicing including contract analysis
• Maintain a transparent customer relationship database
• Calculate and analyze critical SaaS KPIs (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV)

Execute Financial Close & Executive Reporting

• Lead monthly and annual close processes
• Prepare executive and board presentations as well as investor reporting
• Own and optimize finance topics such as COGS calculation, automated cost allocation logic, and capitalized development cost maximization

Manage Vendor Operations & Procurement

• Oversee vendor invoice processing with financial analysis and approval authority
• Develop vendor controlling and management systems
• Serve as finance counterpart for procurement processes

Orchestrate Cash & Treasury Operations

• Coordinate payment runs and liquidity planning
• Maintain cash flow forecasting
• Ensure efficient cash management
• Analyze and invoice intercompany relationships between all Aily entities

What you should bring

• 2-4 years in finance advisory, controlling, or business finance (Big 4, consulting, scale-ups, or tech companies preferred)
• Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills with experience in building financial models, and creating executive presentations
• AI enthusiasm with hands‑on experience using AI tools and genuine interest in automation and process optimization
• Technical proficiency with modern finance tools, quick learner with new software, comfortable with integrations and data management
• Executive communication skills with experience preparing board presentations
• Stakeholder management experience working with external partners (accountants, auditors) and cross-functional teams
