We are looking for a driven and ambitious graduate to join our Finance team in Kill, Co. Kildare. This role will support a range of high-impact strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives across the business. Your mission

• Support executive meetings by helping with agendas, tracking actions, and summarising key points, while learning how senior decisions are made.
• Assist in preparing crisis management reports and performance updates, gaining hands-on experience with data analysis and business continuity planning.
• Contribute to finance and reporting projects, developing knowledge in forecasting, risk management, and process improvement.
• Provide day-to-day support to the Finance Leadership Team and get involved in cross-functional initiatives, building a broad understanding of strategic finance through on-the-job learning.
