Your role will include :

1. Completing three tailored assignments within 24 months across various finance functions in Siemens’ Operating Companies, Corporate Units, or Siemens Financial Services.
2. Taking on high-responsibility tasks in daily business and projects within international teams from the start.
3. Gaining exposure to innovative and complex topics, including experience in different business models such as Software as a Service (SaaS).
4. Having at least one international assignment, based at headquarters in Germany, to experience global finance operations.
5. Participating in intensive training and receiving mentorship from top management to enhance finance expertise and leadership skills.
6. Networking with other associates, alumni, and the broader finance community through various events to expand professional contacts.

Your profile :

1. Holding an MBA, Ph.D., outstanding diploma, Master’s in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent in a finance-related field.
2. Having 5-10 years of work experience in finance, including 1-2 years abroad, ideally before graduation.
3. Focusing on digital transformation with a growth mindset.
4. Possessing strong analytical skills and experience in areas like business planning, financial modeling, data analytics, new business development, and post-merger reviews.
5. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills and a compelling personality.
6. Demonstrating dedication, leadership, and a vision for change management.
7. Willing to work abroad and learn new languages.
