Zusammenfassung

Redcare Pharmacy is establishing an ERP Application Management unit in Köln. You will own the operational lifecycle of finance ERP applications, ensuring reliability, maintainability and continuous improvement, while collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers.

You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365, supported by a structured onboarding, continuous learning and site-specific benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Finance business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
• Ability to analyse complex issues, identify root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management principles; ITIL experience is an advantage.
• Collaborates with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers; ownership mindset and continuous learning.
• Proactive mindset with interest in leveraging AI and automation to continuously improve application operations, support processes, and user experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

About the role

Join our newly established ERP Application Management organization and take ownership of business-critical Finance ERP applications supporting one of Europe's leading e-commerce businesses. You will ensure stable, reliable and efficient ERP operations while continuously improving application quality and supporting critical Finance business processes. Working closely with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, you will act as the operational owner of your applications throughout their operational lifecycle. You'll gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and Dynamics 365 while growing through structured onboarding, continuous learning and close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

About your tasks

• You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident, Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
• You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders, ERP Consultants and Developers, take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to continuously improve application operations, support processes, and user experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
