In this role, you will oversee ourAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expenseteams while driving impactful business partnering activities across the region.Join us and play a vital role in shaping the future of sustainable energy solutions with a team that valuesinnovation, integrity, and collaboration.How You'll make an ImpactLead cross-country teams within the DACH Front Office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expense operationsFoster a strong business partnering culture by:Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the regionClearly communicating process updates and organizational changesDelivering training sessions and proactively resolving complex issuesEnsure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations, local GAAP, and e-invoicing mandatesDrive internal customer satisfaction by delivering services in line with agreed service levels and expectationsCollaborate closely with Finance Common Shared Services Center teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process executionSupport the implementation of global initiatives and projectsIdentify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experienceProvide support during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responsesExecute responsibilities in alignment with the organization’s internal control frameworkAs People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelinesYour BackgroundBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineMinimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with a focus on accounting and team leadershipPrior experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantageSolid understanding and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management is highly desirableGood knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standardsProven track record in leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiativesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and GermanAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracyWhat We OfferYou will do interesting and enriching work, as part of a dynamic, passionate, and collaborative team committed to innovation and continuous improvementYou will be stretched, encouraged, and supported to grow – we pride ourselves on providing strong learning and development opportunitiesWe offer an environment that fosters collaboration, connection, and diversity of thoughtOur culture is one of a kind: come as you are and bring your unique attributes, passion, and drive to the design and management of Pensions & Benefits at Hitachi Energy, contributing to making us ‘the place to be’ and to our purpose of advancing a sustainable energy future for allFlexible working, including hybrid/remote working opportunitiesA competitive compensation and benefits package
