We are looking for aFinance Business Partner Team Leadto join ourFront Office organizationin theDACH region. In this role, you will oversee ourAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expenseteams while driving impactful business partnering activities across the region.

How You'll make an Impact

  • Lead cross-country teams within the DACH Front Office, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Travel Expense operations
  • Foster a strong business partnering culture by :
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders across the region
  • Clearly communicating process updates and organizational changes
  • Delivering training sessions and proactively resolving complex issues
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax regulations, local GAAP, and e-invoicing mandates
  • Drive internal customer satisfaction by delivering services in line with agreed service levels and expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Common Shared Services Center teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process execution
  • Support the implementation of global initiatives and projects
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and user experience
  • Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and responses
  • Execute responsibilities in alignment with the organization’s internal control framework
  • As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally with a focus on accounting and team leadership
  • Prior experience in a Shared Service Center environment is an advantage
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Credit Management is highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of IFRS and local statutory accounting standards
  • Proven track record in leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
