The team of Business Performance Management (BPM) consists of 7 experienced Finance Business Partners for the Offshore Service Operations. We are working from local offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Denmark and are focusing on Business Controlling and Finance Business Partnering. The BPM department is permanently developing and always keeping the focus to ensure that the Offshore Service Management is achieving their business targets.
Responsibilities
- Holistic controlling/financial steering of Offshore service campaigns including timely, accurate, and compliant month-end closing
- Preparation of financials for business reviews and campaign steering committees; continuous communication of business results to various stakeholders
- Prepare rolling forecasts and actual vs. plan comparisons; identification of deviations, and commentary on drivers
- Detailed cost control, financial support, and analyses for service campaigns
- Analysis of financial risks and opportunities, saving potentials, cost-drivers, and countermeasures/corrective actions
- Close collaboration with NCE Service Finance, Group Finance, and NCE Service; business partnering including financial education of the Service stakeholders
- Participate in data and process optimization projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or equivalent education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Business Controller, Project Controller or equivalent within an international environment and matrix organisation
- Proficiency in using MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP, SAC, and BI systems; digitization/automation knowledge would be beneficial
- Background in the (wind) energy industry or service business would be valuable
- English fluency is essential; knowledge of German would be an asset
