Summary

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner Eurofighter Radar (f/m/d) for the F&C EF Radar Mk0 Programs department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The F&C EF Radar Mk0 Programs department is responsible for the commercial processing of offers and projects, as well as for commercial and financial matters in the area.

Your Tasks

1. Commercial management of projects in the international program, part of the Euroradar consortium
2. Responsible for commercial project management including opportunities and risk management, CtC/CAX analyses, target/actual comparisons and initiation of measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow
3. Early anticipation of deviations and problems and participation in the development of corrective measures to secure the planned project results
4. Preparation of offer calculations (including target costing, target pricing, R&Os, as well as preparation of the commercial part of offers)
5. Ensuring accounting compliance with regard to HGB, IFRS and audit requirements
6. Management of the interface to internal stakeholders (e.g., project management, PMO, bid and C&W management, production, purchasing) and external stakeholders (e.g., consortium partners) for the preparation of the project results
7. Support with operational reporting
8. Support with C&W management
9. Support with the development and management of the operational and strategic planning process and operational targets (incoming orders, sales, margin, cash) in collaboration with stakeholders

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
2. Several years of experience in finance / project management
3. Experience in the commercial sector and knowledge of German pricing law is advantageous
4. In-depth knowledge of MS Office and SAP
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Analytical, flexible, and proactive working style
7. Strong teamwork skills and organizational ability
8. Business fluent in German and English
