Job Opening: Finance Business Partner Customer Services (m/f/d)

Location: Oberkochen

The 'F&C Customer Services' department is responsible for the complete commercial support of customer service and acts as a business partner at all levels for this area.

• Commercial support within national and international projects
• Act as the finance business partner for project managers, coordinating with core project teams and supporting departments (controlling, accounting, pricing)
• Preparation of commercial offers and contracts (calculation, commercial terms, approval presentations)
• Conduct customer meetings and participate in negotiations of contractual commercial terms
• Responsible for project controlling, including cost-to-completion/EAC analyses, variance analysis, scenario planning, and measures to ensure project goals and cash flow
• Ensure proper commercial project execution focusing on cost optimization, payment, claims/waivers, opportunities, and risk management
• Invoicing, receivables management, and cash management including reporting
• Review of all bookings for compliance with IFRS15 and HGB, and involvement in pricing and audit matters
• Assist in planning activities (operational planning, forecasts, scenarios, capacity planning) and reporting, as well as support monthly and annual closings
• Support operational reporting and ad-hoc analyses for management
• Qualifications: Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar; experience in finance, controlling, or project management; knowledge of German price law/IFRS advantageous; proficiency in MS Office and SAP; negotiation skills; independent working style; excellent communication skills in German and English; flexibility and team orientation.
