Job overview:

Are you a finance professional with a global mindset and a passion for precision? Our client is looking for a Financial Business Partner to join their team and support their international operations with financial expertise, strategic insight, and a collaborative spirit.

What You’ll Do:

As the Financial Business Partner, you will:

• Manage external accounting for overseas entities in line with international standards.
• Collaborate with local tax agents by providing timely tax-related data and reviewing their filings.
• Coordinate the issuance of local guarantees and align with the domestic finance team.
• Monitor and report on local exchange rate fluctuations and their impact.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations for overseas projects, including reimbursements and local purchases.
• Oversee and control project expenses through monthly reviews.
• Prepare operational reports for overseas subsidiaries.
• Support the Financial Manager with ad hoc business needs and cross-border financial matters.

What They're Looking For:

• A degree in Finance or Accounting (or similar field).
• A solid background in both accounting and FP&A.
• A proactive, open-minded attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, especially in cross-cultural environments.
• Fluency in Chinese language skills is a must. Any additional European language is a plus.
