Qualifikationen

We are seeking a talented Finance Associate / Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. Location: Berlin / Remote possible / 2 days per week in office. Founded in 2015 by industry leaders from McKinsey and Zalando, bonify has received substantial investment from renowned international venture capital firms such as Mosaic Ventures and Ribbit Capital, as well as entrepreneurs including the founders of Zalando and Raisin. Now, with our acquisition by SCHUFA, we are poised for further growth and innovation.

Responsibilities include:

• Controlling & Reporting: Design, implement, and maintain KPI dashboards; develop KPI models; validate data; establish reporting frameworks; build forecasting models; streamline spend tracking; manage budgets and cost structures.
• Operational Finance: Review and approve invoices; assist in preparing financial statements; monitor budgets; perform cost controlling and variance analysis.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Over 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in startups/tech/fintech
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and reporting tools
• Native German skills & C2 English
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, visualization tools is a plus
• Structured, self-motivated team player with curiosity and initiative
