• Support Sales in shaping deals and coordinate activities from quote to closing across teams.
• Review and approve deals ensuring compliance and completeness.
• Draft contractual documents and legal language from templates.
• Advise stakeholders on approvals, policies, and contracting.
• Drive automation, standardization, and process improvements.

What you bring

• University Degree in Business or Economics preferred.
• German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and diligent work ethic.
