Qualifikationen

Job Description
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts. Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and record company expenses, ensuring proper documentation and categorization.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support Audits: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of bookkeeping or related experience.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., KingBi).
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently.
